We had a tie in our last fight between Irie and Maggie. Pursuant to MFC rules, the member who provided the question got to choose the winner, in Irie’s favor this time. Irie’s question:

The MFC Rules:
Post your answer as a comment. Make it clear that this is your official answer, one per member.
No profanity. No pornography.
Defend your answer in the comments and fight it out against other MFC members’ answers for the rest of the week.
Whoever gets the most likes on their official answer comment (and only that comment) by Saturday night wins the fight. You may like (heart, whatever) as many answers as you want.
The winner gets the honor of choosing the next question the following Monday.
In the case of a tie, the member who posed the question will decide the winner.
Notes:
Only movies will qualify (no TV shows, or documentaries); however, films that air on television or streaming (BBC films, a stand-alone mini-series) will qualify.
Your answer can be as off-the-wall or controversial as you’d like. It will be up to you to defend it and win people to your side.
Since I haven't seen all the movies of all time, and don't even remember that many of the ones I have seen, it's hard to put that kind of curse on any one film. But I will mention one that was a memorable, colossal, kind of heartbreaking flop for my family: 2001: A Space Odyssey. My dad was super-excited about it, he was maybe a fan of Arthur C. Clarke, and we traveled from our suburban outpost into Los Angeles to see it—at the Cinerama Dome, I think, maybe a special showing or preview? I just remember it as being unusual for my dad to make such a big deal over a movie and be so psyched for it. I was about 9 then and probably wouldn't have understood it if it had been understandable, but he just hated it and was befuddled by it and was so, so let down, and I've never forgiven it for that. So 2001: A Space Odyssey, I'm gonna say you're the worst.
Can I nominate everything Neil Breen has made? If I had to pick one, I’ll go with Fateful Findings just because of this spectacular ending. https://youtu.be/dKohD_RLnFw?si=z5HYnb0vJJbVmTSX
